Supplements that arrive already reviewed.
Body shops upload the supplement, P-page, shop photos, OEM position statements, and pre-scan / post-scan reports in one flow. Your adjusters receive a structured, line-item-to-evidence-matched, DRP-enforced supplement routed straight into Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek Claims, or Majesco — next to the original estimate from CCC ONE, Audatex/Solera, or Mitchell. The days-long bounce cycle collapses to a same-shift approve or deny.
Built for claims ops at carriers and TPAs, DRP program managers at MSO networks, and shop-side operators on deadline.
Supplements bounce for days. The customer waits. Everyone loses.
Every supplement triggers the same three-day loop: shop emails a PDF, adjuster asks for more photos, shop re-sends next morning. LoR climbs, DRP rules are enforced after the fact, and phantom calibrations and duplicate labor ops hide in the seams.
Supplements bounce for days while the customer waits
Shop emails a PDF at 4pm, adjuster asks for a pinch-weld photo, repeats the next day.
Your best adjusters are typing, not adjusting
Senior claims pros retype labor ops into Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco all day.
Line items live apart from the evidence
CCC ONE, shop photos, P-page, OEM1Stop, pre/post-scan — four systems, one decision.
DRP compliance is policed at audit, not intake
Out-of-spec photos, below LKQ floor, missing OEM attestation — all caught in the annual review.
Structured at upload. Evidence-matched. DRP-enforced at the door.
The supplement, the P-page interpretation, the shop photos, the OEM position statement, the pre-scan, the post-scan — uploaded once, parsed together, mapped to your schema. DRP rules enforced on submission. Adjusters receive a review-ready record inside the claims platform they already use.
One upload, fully structured
Supplement PDF (CCC / Audatex / Mitchell / custom), P-page interpretations, shop photos (drag-drop or batch-from-phone), OEM position statements, pre-scan, post-scan, ADAS calibration evidence, final invoice — parsed, mapped to your line-item schema, and delivered into the adjuster’s queue.
Every line item linked to evidence
Adjuster opens the supplement and sees a labor op with the specific photo that justifies it, side-by-side. R&I vs. R&R logic validated. Blend-to-refinish ratio sanity-checked. ADAS calibration reconciled against the OEM position statement. Approve, deny, or request more — in clicks, not tabs.
DRP enforcement the moment the shop submits
Missing photo angles, insufficient resolution, absent OEM position statement, betterment calculation not disclosed, LKQ utilization below your DRP floor — bounced at intake with specific, correctable feedback. Shops learn the program inside the workflow, not from a quarterly audit.
Routes straight into your claims platform
Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek Claims, Majesco, Sapiens, Snapsheet. Reads in and re-emits to CCC ONE, Audatex / Solera AudaExplore, Mitchell / Enlyte Connect. No rip-and-replace. No yet-another-dashboard for adjusters to learn.
From a field photo and supplement form to a booked adjustment.
One contractor uploads a supplement and four damage photos. The adjuster opens the claim with line items, labor rates, and photo evidence placed exactly where Xactimate expects them.
From shop submission to adjuster approval — inside one shift.
Insurance Supplement Upload replaces the email chain with a structured, DRP-enforced submission path into your existing claims platform.
Today Email Ping-Pong
- Shop emails a supplement PDF at 4pm. CCC or Audatex or Mitchell PDF, attached to an email with 12 photo attachments. Maybe a P-page. Maybe an OEM procedure link. No structure, no standard.
- Adjuster opens the file the next morning. Reads the supplement in CCC in one tab. Emails shop for a clearer photo of the pinch weld. OEM position statement sits on a bookmark. ADAS pre-scan is attached separately.
- Shop responds end of day 2. Resends with the requested photo. Adjuster doesn’t see it until day 3 morning.
With Supplement Upload Same-Shift Decision
- Shop opens a guided submission flow. Mobile-first. Drag-drop the CCC / Audatex / Mitchell supplement. Camera overlays for required photo angles. OEM procedure picker. Pre-scan / post-scan upload.
- DRP rules enforced at submit. Missing angle? Low-res photo? Absent OEM position statement? Betterment not disclosed per state UTPA? Bounced immediately with specific feedback. Shop fixes before the adjuster’s queue ever sees it.
- Adjuster receives a review-ready record. Inside Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco — not in email. Each line item linked to the photo that justifies it. OEM attestation verified. Pre-/post-scan reconciled against the calibration billed.
Routes into the claims platforms and estimating systems already in use.
We integrate with the estimating systems the industry runs, the claims platforms carriers and TPAs license, the SIU tooling your investigators trust, and the communication layers shops and customers expect.
One integration with Insurance Supplement Upload gives your adjusters and SIU team a structured view of every supplement that lands — inside Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or your custom platform. Shop-side, we route submissions to the carrier workflow they’re contracted into without the shop having to learn a new system per carrier.
Grounded in the estimating, OEM, and DRP frameworks your claims, DRP, and SIU teams cite every day
What claims VPs, DRP managers, shop operators, and SIU leads ask.
Which claims platforms do you integrate with?
Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek Claims, Majesco P&C, Sapiens, Snapsheet, and any platform that accepts structured claim data via API. We read from and re-emit to the estimating systems: CCC ONE, Audatex / Solera AudaExplore, Mitchell / Enlyte Connect. Hi Marley for the customer communication layer; NICB ClaimSearch / ISO ClaimSearch for fraud cross-reference.
Who uses the upload flow — shops or adjusters?
Shops upload. Adjusters review. The upload UX is optimized for shops on deadline: mobile-ready, drag-drop, camera overlays for required DRP photo angles, batch photo import. The review UX is optimized for adjusters: keyboard-first, evidence-adjacent, routed inside Guidewire / Duck Creek / Majesco. Neither side learns a new tool.
Can we enforce our DRP photo standards at intake?
Yes. Required angles, minimum resolution, OEM position statement attestation, supplement-specific photo rules (structural vs. cosmetic), LKQ parts utilization floor, pre-scan / post-scan mandate, ADAS calibration documentation — all configurable per DRP program and enforced at submission. Shops get specific, correctable feedback; generic rejections go away.
What about fraud detection and SIU hand-off?
NICB / ISO ClaimSearch-aligned signals: reused photo hashes (perceptual), duplicate or swapped VINs across claims and shops, implausible labor-time combinations against SCRS BOT, phantom ADAS calibrations billed against OEM position statement mismatches, betterment misapplied by state UTPA. Exceptions flow to your SIU queue with evidence pre-assembled.
How do we deploy this with our MSO network?
MSOs (Caliber, Gerber, Service King/Crash Champions, CARSTAR, ABRA, regional DRP participants) can deploy on the shop side to ensure DRP conformance across all enrolled carriers before submission. A mutual-benefit deployment: faster carrier approvals, fewer shop-side re-work cycles, shorter DSO on accounts receivable.
What about HIPAA-sensitive claims like PIP or Med-pay?
HIPAA-aware deployment available with BAA, PII redaction by default, region-pinned storage. Policyholder health information that appears in supporting documentation is treated under the standard PIP / Med-pay / Workers’ Comp sensitivity posture. Your compliance team reviews the data handling before rollout.
